104 & 106 E. Central St.

Originally two separate properties, 104 & 106 E. Central St. were combined into one space when Newberry’s Five and Dime took over the building in the 1940s. The facade still shows what came before-“Pennington’s Grocery” painted in the brick. Harlan 2020 hopes to keep this original facade while revitalizing the building to match the new Central St. corridor.
